Black Hawk County Gaming Association is the nonprofit sponsor of the license for Isle Casino Hotel Waterloo. Grants to eligible projects from Black Hawk County are accepted in the Spring and Fall. Please refer to the funding calendar located at www.bhcga.org.
Requests from Bremer, Butler, Buchanan, Chickasaw, Grundy and Tama counties are considered once a year. For the fiscal year 2021 spring competitive grant cycle, 9 projects totaling $1.9 million were awarded funding.
